Don't worry about the photo quality you send! We usually find that the first photo you upload is just perfect. If there’s any issue, we’ll let you know and help you choose a better one.

• Feel free to send multiple photos of your pet.

• You can review and reject the previews, and submit more photos if needed.

• Old photos are fine—we can work with those too!

• If you can, take your photo in natural light without flash.

• A close-up helps us catch all the cute details.
