The portrait of Lily was a gift for our daughter and her entire family loved it. As you can see Lily loves to pose for pictures. She’s quite a character and this portrait captured her personality perfectly. Thank you so much..
Store owner replied: Hi Olga, we're genuinely delighted that the portrait of Lily was a meaningful gift for your daughter's family. Capturing a pet's personality is a special task, and we're grateful for the opportunity. 💕
I bought this for my husband as a Christmas present of his favorite dog Max . Max is still alive however , he is getting up in age and has hip issues besides the point. The artist did an amazing job capturing Max and all the magic of Christmas . As hard as my husband tried not to cry I know deep down he wanted to cry when he saw the painting. The painting was well worth it and would definitely order again .
Store owner replied: Hi Kelli, your story about Max touched us deeply. We're honored to have played a part in creating a special Christmas memory for you and your husband. If there's ever another occasion, we'd be delighted to create more magical moments. 🐾
Hello Pet Portraits, I came across your ad on instagram and was intrigued so much so that i decided to check out the website. After making my decision to go ahead with my order of an animated style portrait of my bunny Mocha. I received a prompt welcome message and what to expect from Courtney. She was extremely helpful with my questions as it was my first time ordering. The artist was diligent and ensured that she captured Mocha's likeness until i was happy, and she did an absolutely amazing job! although there was a minor glitch in my order, again Courtney and the artist took steps to ensure that i would receive my portrait before Christmas, and so i did! Shipping was quick and arrived before Christmas as promised. I am super pleased with my overall experience from customer service, quality of work and final product. I would definitely recommend pet portraits to anyone with a pet! Ps: Thank you for featuring Mocha on your instagram page!
Store owner replied: Hi Onika, thank you for sharing your experience! We're thrilled to know that Mocha's animated portrait brought joy, and we're grateful for your glowing recommendation. 🐾

I wasn’t too happy with my first draft and asked for adjustments. Second draft came out so adorable! I just received it and I’m in awe of it! My husband likes it as well. I have 3 rescues and am happy that a portion goes to help rescues. I will be ordering another portrait for my third fur baby!
