We start from an AI-generated draft to get your pet's breed and proportions right, then one of our artists finishes it digitally. Our artists are not just talented; they are also pet lovers who understand the emotional connection you have with your furry friends. Our design process is fine-tuned to capture each whisker, each expression and each unique trait that makes your pet special.
How do I see and approve my artwork?
Your artwork is ready within 72 hours of your order, and we send the preview by email or SMS. Not completely happy? Click “reject” and suggest any changes, whether it's the color scheme, the background or a minor detail we missed. We don't stop until you're completely in love with the portrait.
You have up to 5 business days to approve your art or ask for changes, and we will follow up with you before anything is printed. In a hurry? Our “Skip the Queue” option moves your order to the front of the artwork queue, so your preview is ready sooner. It speeds up artwork creation, not shipping.
What if I don't love it?
Changes are free until you love it. And you get a full refund any time before you approve your artwork.
How long does shipping take?
Once you've approved your artwork and it's been printed, your art is on its way. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks in the USA, Canada and the UK, with free tracked shipping and no extra fees. Every shipped canvas comes with a certification card declaring it a one-of-a-kind, personalized pet portrait.
Which photos and pets work?
Any pet, any breed, and 1, 2 or 3 pets in one portrait. A clear, well-lit photo of your pet facing the camera works best. Phone photos are perfect.
