Shipping and Delivery
As each artwork is uniquely crafted by a skilled digital artist, your order is fully custom and needs time to personalization and preparation, starting from when you make your purchase.
Within the United States: Most orders in the U.S. are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks from the date of your purchase. This comprehensive timeline includes the steps of creating your artwork, getting your approval, making any revisions, printing, and finally shipping your portrait. Please note that during high-traffic holiday seasons, delivery might extend to up to 4 weeks.
International – UK, Australia, Canada, & Europe: For these international locations, we aim to deliver your order within 3-4 weeks from the date you place it. This timeframe includes creating the artwork, securing your approval, any necessary revisions, the printing stage, and the shipping process. During peak holiday times, please expect shipping to take up to 5 weeks.
Additional Note: If your order needs something extra, like a new pet photo, this will extend the time we need to get it just right.
We'll send you a preview of the artwork for your approval. The sooner you give us the green light, the quicker we can send your custom portrait on its way!
Tracking Information: All orders include tracking. We’ll send you the tracking number via email as soon as it's available.

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders, unless otherwise specified.
Additional Points
Sometimes we offer a "Skip the Queue" option, moving your pet photo to the front of the line. This won't speed up delivery, just the art creation process.
If we need a new pet photo, this will add to the production time.
We allow up to 5 business days for you to approve the artwork. If we don't hear back from you within 72 hours, we'll go ahead and print your order.
