Order process
Every portrait is made to order. Here is what happens after you place your order:
- First artwork preview: within 24 to 72 hours of ordering, sent to you by email and SMS for approval.
- Artwork edits: request as many changes as you need, at no extra charge.
- Production: 3 to 5 business days for printing and quality checks.
- Shipping: free tracked shipping is included on every order.
Delivery timelines
The times below are averages from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. They include your preview, your approval, production and shipping.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer because of carrier delays, customs or events outside our control.
Good to know
- Tracking information is provided for every order.
- The "Skip the Queue" option moves your order to the front of the artwork queue. It speeds up how quickly your artwork is created, not how quickly it ships.
- Delivery may take longer if you request several rounds of revisions or send additional photos.
- Expect possible delays during November and December, when carriers are busiest.
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
